WELDY HG 530-A 230v hot air gun, like its non-digital stable mate the HG 530-S, is a high performance versatile, well-balanced hot air gun. Unlike the 530-S, the digital HG 530-A is capable of infinitely variable digital temperature control between 80 °C and 650 °C - that's an extra useful 30°C for specific materials and situations.
Not only does the HG-530-A have infinitely variable digital temperature control but it keeps its operating temperature constant at the chosen setting between 80 °C and 650 °C, regardless of the air quantity setting and the nozzle accessory used.
The HG 530-A hot-air gun is versatile and multifunctional, suitable for use in a wide variety of industrial applications including car wrapping, cable shrink tubing, loosening screws or valves, professional removal of paint and varnish, shrinking and expanding plastic films, smoothing and stretching leather and other sensitive materials as well as light soldering jobs via the included soldering reflector nozzle.
The energy-saving eco mode is configurable and activated via a sensor as soon as the operator puts the hot-air gun down.
Because the HG 530-A weighs just 750g, has a well-balanced design with a soft-touch handle it can be held securely and comfortably for any hot-air application for prolonged periods in hot-air applications without danger of fatigue.
Additional functions including digital temperature control and eco mode set it apart from other products on the market as well as from the HG 530-S hot-air gun.
Its design means it can be used as a hand-held hot air gun or used in a static vertical position, allow hands-free use for heat shrinking, tube bending etc
